Bismarck and his partner purchased Gallery Cafe in July of 2023 and are working hard to grow the business into a recognizable name by providing delicious, quality food prepared consistently in a timely manner. We offer chef curated sandwiches, salads, soups, and breakfast dishes with a European flair, served with top-notch customer service. Bon appetit!

Bismarck brings 24 years of international gastronomy experience to Gallery Cafe, where he infuses traditional cafe dishes with modern flavors. Bismarck's passion for cooking began as a young boy helping his grandmother in her restaurant in Nicaragua. A graduate of the culinary program at Escuela Bellart in Barcelona, Spain, he has worked in restaurants all over the world before settling in Northern Virginia.
